Peter Grant Jr has over 35 years of experience in managing and owning businesses in the construction, forestry, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and real estate industries. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Over his career he has had many roles including President of Grant Forest Products Inc which peaked at $1B in sales and 1200 employees and where he designed and built over $1 Billion in manufacturing facilities. Peter began working in construction at the age of 14 and has since been involved with over $2.3 Billion in capital projects in a variety of operating and ownership capacities and has always considered development and construction to be his primary passion.

Lynn Beauregard brings 35+ years of business and entrepreneurial experience to the partnership. Having owned and been President of T.O Corporate Services in Toronto for the past 23 years. She was also the creator and owner of an infrared fitness studio in Collingwood Ontario. Lynn has key strengths in management, Sales and Marketing, Event Management, interior design, critical to the partnership’s success. Lynn has been traveling to Mexico for over 25 years and is fluent in Spanish as well as French.

Akhil Patel is a seasoned professional in finance, business and venture capital. After graduating with honors in Economics and Finance from Carleton University, he built a foundation working in wealth management, mastering wealth preservation and growth. Expanding into venture capital and consulting, Akhil has invested in and advised numerous ventures across real estate, CPG, e-commerce, hospitality, and service-based sectors. His ability to navigate complex market dynamics, create strategic value, and foster strong investor relationships has established him as a key member of this team’s success. As a global real estate investor with properties in multiple cities, including Tulum, Akhil blends market insight with investment acumen to spot high-growth opportunities. His expertise in sales, marketing, and a vast network amplifies project visibility and demand. Passionate about golf, cooking, and travel, he’s attuned to lifestyle trends, inspiring luxury developments that marry Tulum’s natural beauty with modern sophistication.

Mauricio is a seasoned financial and tax expert, offering strategic guidance and driving financial success across the real estate, hospitality, and retail sectors. His robust background, including degrees in accounting and law and specialized diplomas in financial and tax planning, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of financial complexities. With over 20 years of experience working with global companies, especially those in North America and the Caribbean, Mauricio delivers impactful solutions in financial control, tax optimization, and business strategy, adding significant value to every project.
